Joel Taplin, our Founder and Director, grew up in the landscapes and communities of Norfolk and Suffolk, giving him a lifelong appreciation for the region’s charm and character. He began his professional career, in the city, in corporate business taxation before moving into rural estate agency, where he spent several years with two market-leading independent agencies in Norfolk and Suffolk, gaining an in-depth understanding of the property market.

​Outside of the property, Joel has a deep appreciation for fine art, regularly visiting galleries and cultural venues that reflect his passion for culture, heritage, and refined aesthetics. Joel also enjoys the areas restaurants catering for his taste in exceptional dining experiences.
